In-car video taken at a club drive day at the Oran Park GP race circuit on the outskirts of Sydney Australia. The video was taken in a rare Mercedes-Benz 500SLC, believed to be the only one of this model in Australia and one of only two of the late 1970s type 107026 world rally 5 litre homologation cars in Australia, the other being a 450SLC-5.0. Due to the rarity of the car and its value to me, I wasn’t out to break any lap records but simply to enjoy an enthusiastic drive. Apologies for the camera vibration and resulting audible rattle.
