Hi there…this new video clip for “Someone So Much” was shot on the last three days of Janurary. the opening scene we shot last in Kangaroo Valley in the early hours of the morning. I saw my first ever wild Wombat….a number of them actually. I was surprised by how excited I got about it. The second scene we shot at dusk in an old abandoned quarry right on the water in Kiama. As it happened it was incredibly windy that day and I’d like to assure you all that at no stage was a wind machine used to give me that wind swept look…that’s 100% natural I’m afraid! That night we ate at a resturant and saw a cockroach crawling along the roof just before our meals were served. I nearly went all Gordon Ramsay on their arses but decided against it. The final scene we shot first, (that’s the magic of tv for ya!) in Sydney in a massive storage yard for new imported cars. I suppose they don’t use it anymore. You may have noticed some strange things happening on the screen. That’s called, “post production”. A lot of that stuff wasn’t actually there when we filmed the clip, like the butterflies in the first scene and the massive birds in the second and those bats in the last scene too….they were added afterwards. Pretty neat huh? I know that’s kinda ruining the magic a bit but I didn’t want to freak anyone out too much. Anyways, hope you enjoy it! XXXBOBXXX
“Someone So Much” was directed by Reuben Field and filmed by DOP Fung Cheung of Starchild Productions.

Visitors from all over the state soak up the stunning rural landscape on the north-east shores of Lake Wyangala at Grabine Lakeside State Park. With a water storage capacity in excess of 1,217,000 megalitres, 2.5 times the volume of Sydney Harbour, the catchment area measures 8,300 square kilometres.

Enjoy the magnificent views of Grabine and Lake Wyangala or enjoy water sports, bushwalking and picnics. There are many walking trails to take in the spectacular scenery across the lake and surrounding countryside or take a canoe trip round the foreshores.

Grabine Lakeside is an excellent inland fishing spot, with catches of silver and golden perch (yellow belly), catfish, trout, Murray cod and of course, European carp.
Through the spring and summer seasons, Grabine Lakeside’s 42 km of waterways offer pleasure boating, canoeing, swimming, water skiing, sailing and windsurfing.

The great two day Grabine Music Muster Festival on Grabine State Park was back on the 5th-6th Dec 2008! It brought the best country rock live bands and singers.

Sometimes we need a break and have a time out at the park. Time lapse: 1 frame per second instead of the usual 25 or 30ish frames per second. Enjoy this car journey video from the Western suburbs of Sydney to Homebush Bay.
