Visitors from all over the state soak up the stunning rural landscape on the north-east shores of Lake Wyangala at Grabine Lakeside State Park. With a water storage capacity in excess of 1,217,000 megalitres, 2.5 times the volume of Sydney Harbour, the catchment area measures 8,300 square kilometres.

Enjoy the magnificent views of Grabine and Lake Wyangala or enjoy water sports, bushwalking and picnics. There are many walking trails to take in the spectacular scenery across the lake and surrounding countryside or take a canoe trip round the foreshores.

Grabine Lakeside is an excellent inland fishing spot, with catches of silver and golden perch (yellow belly), catfish, trout, Murray cod and of course, European carp.
Through the spring and summer seasons, Grabine Lakeside’s 42 km of waterways offer pleasure boating, canoeing, swimming, water skiing, sailing and windsurfing.

The great two day Grabine Music Muster Festival on Grabine State Park was back on the 5th-6th Dec 2008! It brought the best country rock live bands and singers.
