Much evidence of ‘keep middle unless overtaking’ by other traffic, contrary to world teaching of motorway lane discipline held in the UN Convention on Road Traffic, and as taught in the NSW RTA driver manual “The Road Users’ Handbook”, where all traffic is encouraged to use the left lane first, IF it is clear.
